Strengths Model Case Management Workshop

Training Fees: $600 per attendee
The workshop will cover:
- Overview of the Strengths Model
- Engaging with people in their recovery journey
- Using the Strengths Assessment
- Goal planning
- Intentional use of naturally-occurring resources
- Using the Personal Recovery Plan
- Group Supervision
Training Fee includes the following:
- 12-hours of live virtual training
- 7 group coaching calls to continue learning and building skills
- Access to Strengths Model materials and tools
- Individualized feedback on use of Strengths Model tools
Learning Objectives
1. Participants will be able to implement the Strengths Assessment tool to record strengths in their most usable form to improve case management practice.
2. Participants will be able to outline meaningful and important goals based on a Strengths Assessment to improve case management practice.
3. Participants will be able to implement a Personal Recovery Plan to break down goals into one or two measurable steps to help clients progress toward goals that are meaningful and important to them.
Continuing Education
Pending approval for LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LEP. All activities in this training are offered for continuing education credit excluding any breaks. CE Certificates of Completion will be emailed within two weeks of processing your completed online evaluation.
