Description:
The LPS Clinical Assessment Guidelines (CAG) Toolkit, composed of six (6) modules, is designed to provide technical support for the implementation of the CAG for Involuntarily Detained Persons. The toolkit provides:
- A response to the need for improved coordination in a complex system of care
- A recovery approach through comprehensive strategies
- Recommendations for improved collaboration, communication and cooperation between inpatient services and the various other systems of service.
