Advancing Skills in Motivational Interviewing is a Two-Day Workshop to promote the skill development and develop strategies to create motivational interviewing learning communities. Attendees should have attended at least one full-day Motivational Interviewing workshop within five years,and/or completed significant reading and self-study on the approach. This workshop will be active and involve intentional skills practice to develop greater ability and insight on how to apply "MI adherent" interventions. This workshop is intended for behavioral health and primary care providers, child welfare workers, educators, and criminal justice professionals who work with individuals on achieving their change goals.
