A Virtual Training
Trainer: Erica Immenschuh, LSCSW, LCSW
July 9, 2024 | 9:00AM – 12:00 PM (PT)
Endurance in life, work, and client care starts with you.
From a trauma-informed perspective, this is an opportunity for you to put your
oxygen mask on first, harness the power of the nervous system as a self-care
tool, build upon your strengths, and reflect on where you might want to improve.
This three-hour presentation also offers space to voluntarily and mindfully practice
regulation tools that benefit you and your clients by enhancing the mind-body
connection.
- Do you have instances of getting triggered by your client' history, trauma, pain, and/or projections?
- Do you want to know more about the body and mind connection in the here and now?
This workshop aims to:
- Highlight
the process by which co-regulation in treatment helps to repair emotional
dysregulation, supports clients with achieving regulation, and improves relational
connections.
- Identify
mindfulness skills for promoting better self-care and treatment outcomes among
behavioral health clients.
Target Audience: Behavioral health professionals including clinicians practicing TF-CBT who are aiming for proficiency certification or any TF-CBT clinician.

experienced through toxic stress to support clients with achieving better
