Join us for a statewide convening to discuss pertinent trends in the California behavioral health system and how we can mobilize to build a comprehensive and more equitable behavioral health system for all.
Wednesday, October 26, 2022 is for Members Only (4pm - 6pm) time subject to change.
Thursday, October 27, 2022 Behavioral Health Policy Conference (8:30am - 5:00 pm with a networking reception immediately following till 6:30pm) times subject to change.
Early bird registration is $299.00 till October 12th. After October 12th the fee is $319.00.

COVID-19 Policy Statement
The health and safety of our attendees remains our top priority and our plans for any in-person event include precautions. CBHDA, CBHA, and CIBHS are committed to hosting our Behavioral Health Policy Conference in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 safety practices and guidelines, as well as any state and local requirements.
We are strong in our commitment to keeping the public informed, engaged and connected.Therefore, we are relying on everyone to do their part to keep themselves and everyone around them safe before and during the event.
Proof of of COVID-19 vaccination will be required.
If attendee does NOT have a card or picture of their vaccination record (minimum 1 Johnson & Johnson, 2 Moderna or 2 Pfizer vaccines, boosters not required), they will NOT be permitted to attend.
If you do not have a copy of your vaccination card and you were vaccinated in CA, you may visit the CDPH website to find your record: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
We appreciate everyone's cooperation in bringing your vaccination record and only entering the meeting space once you have signed in and provided this information at the registration desk.
We are building in additional time for registration and we thank you in advance for arriving early to help ensure we can all check in.
At this time masks will be optional, but encouraged at the conference and in all public spaces. Masks will be provided, if needed. We will ask everyone to respect other's personal space. Capacity limits have been placed at the venue. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event space.
Safety precautions will be subject to change, based on CDC and California guidelines up until the day of the event.
Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver
By attending a CBHDA, CBHA, and CIBHS in-person event Behavioral Health Policy Conference, you voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to COVID-19, and release CBHDA, CBHA, and CIBHS from liability for any injury or harm that may result by attending the Event. CBHDA, CBHA, and CIBHS's goal is to ensure a safe meeting environment. As such, you also agree to abide by any prevention or safety measures that CBHDA, CBHA, and CIBHS, the venue, the County health department, or the State of California may have in place during the Event.
